The Prayer Ministry’s goal at Plum Creek Community Church is that each Plum Creeker will have a vibrant relationship with Jesus. We individually and collectively will equip our church community to prayerfully seek the Lord, seek to know Him more, and grow in our relationship with Him.
We will encourage Plum Creekers in their prayer life to have an ongoing conversation with God, where they speak to God and He speaks to them. Our church will strive to equip each person to listen to God in prayer, praying in His will to recognize and be obedient to His answers, even when they are not what we ask for.
Plum Creek Community Church will passionately pursue Gods plans to provide Plum Creekers with creative prayer opportunities for our church family, the community we live in and the world.

Plum Creek Community Pray-ers Team
Email Prayer Team - This team prays for the church and Plum Creeker’s confidential prayer requests that are communicated each week through email. Occasionally urgent requests are sent during the week. Each pray-er on this team will agree to keep all communications confidential.

The Upper Room
Equipped pray-ers pray throughout each Sunday service to know God better and saturate the church in prayer. Upper Room pray-ers are required to successfully complete mandatory training and a background check.

Get Linked
Equipped Pray-ers are available after each Sunday service to link Plum Creek attenders with God through prayer for their individual request. Get Linked pray-ers are required to successfully complete mandatory training and a background check.
